Recently there has been a lot of talk about things that have changed from when we were kids that will be missed. Now I know the importance of eating healthy and the importance of monitoring intake of certain products since I'm not a kid anymore. However, sometimes I have to throw caution and the possibility of high blood pressure to the wind to enjoy and reminisce on things I enjoyed back then.
I haven't had one in FOREVER, but I was thinking about a fried bologna sandwich. So I went to the store to get some Oscar Mayer b-o-l-o-g-n-a. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the pack and noticed that it didn’t have the red plastic ring around it. Now that just isn’t right. Aside eating the round-meaty deliciousness, bologna just is NOT right without having to run the ring through your teeth to get the meat off. My feelings were hurt because I felt jipped. It just sad that some things that aren’t broken & need to be left alone are changed. What did that ring ever do to anyone, but add a little appetizer to what was to com? Ohhhhh memories :( I had to share my loss. I'm done now. Good Day!
